Web-based video project, in French and Catalan, exploring the Republican exile of the Spanish Civil War (1936-1939). Through 21 video segments lasting approximately 3 minutes each, the project gives voice and presence tot the stories, routes, and sites of memory across Northern and Southern Catalonia.
The work grew out of a two-month residency during the summer of 2024, spent on both sides of the Eastern Pyrenees, where I conducted interviews with descendants of refugge familiees and walked the mountain paths taken during the winter 1939 exodus.
